Frequently asked questions
It depends on how much customization, integration, and mobile app work you need. Systenics builds in milestones with regular demos, and gives a real timeline once it knows your scope.
Custom work starts with a free discovery call and ballpark, then mockups and specifications refine the budget before development. Add-ons and mobile apps have published one-time prices with deployment included: apps from 1,799 dollars, Excel plug-in 499, AI descriptions 2,699, barcode listing creation 2,799, community feed 399. Current numbers are on the Systenics pricing page.
No. AuctionWorx licences are sold by RainWorx Software. Systenics is a RainWorx Premium Partner that builds the apps, add-ons, and customizations that run on top of your Enterprise or Events licence.
For the Systenics mobile app, Systenics Solutions LLP owns the IP and does not distribute the source code. You get a worldwide self-use licence, and the app is yours on the App Stores. If you want to own the IP, a separate customized app can be provided.
Systenics handles upgrades, data migrations, server transfers, and custom code refactoring for existing AuctionWorx installations. Scope depends on your source system, so it's reviewed on a call.
Systenics supports its customizations through future AuctionWorx updates. New features, design changes, or version upgrades on the mobile app are treated as separate customization work.
No. The published add-ons and mobile apps are one-time purchases with no annual maintenance fees. Third-party services they use, such as OneSignal, may need paid plans depending on your usage.
RainWorx ships frequent minor releases and roughly yearly major ones. Minor upgrades of the site and mobile app together cost around 300 dollars, and major ones cost more.
Free email support for app issues reported within the first 30 days after deployment, covering bug fixes only.
