What happens after you get in touch
Once your message reaches us, we read it and get back to you. Nothing is committed at this stage, and you don't need a finished spec. A few lines about what you want changed is enough to start. If you'd rather talk it through, use the Book a call button above and pick a time that suits you.
It helps to mention your AuctionWorx version and whether the site is live. Those two details let us give a more useful first answer, and you can add the rest on the call.
The first step is a free discovery call. We go through what your marketplace needs and give you a ballpark estimate, so you can decide whether to continue.
If the ballpark works, we move into detailed requirements and UI/UX mockups. This gives you a much closer, real-world estimate, and you see what you're buying before any code is written.
Then we build in clearly defined milestones. You see progress at each one, and we test as we go.
When the work is done, we deploy it to your AuctionWorx installation. We also support the customization through future AuctionWorx updates, so an upgrade doesn't leave you with something that no longer works.
